Chicken Meat with Tomato Sauce Recipe (Gà Viên Sốt Cà Chua)

300gr Grinded chicken meat
2 Tomatoes, cleaned and sliced small cubes
Spices: salt, pepper, fish sauce, Maggi’s stuff, sugar.
Scallion, cleaned and sliced small
2 teaspoons tapioca starch
2 – 3 Jelly’s ear mushrooms (Buy at Vietnamese Markets)
1 Onion, peeled and sliced small
Vegetable oi, garlic.


Step 1: Soak Jelly’ s ear mushroom into cold water about 10 minutes, cut off the root, slice thinly.
Step 2: Mix grinded chicken + 2 teaspoons fish sauce + 1 teaspoon salt + ½ teaspoon Maggi’s stuff + a little pepper + 2 teaspoons tapioca starch + 3 teaspoons oil + sliced jelly’s ear mushroom together. Mix well and put into fridge about 2 – 3 hours.
