This dish is one of the easy Vietnamese recipes. It has the best combination of the sweetness of fresh shrimp, meat and crunchy mushroom. I can guarantee you that you can never get tired of eating it. On the top, the dish is covered with a rich sweet & sour sauce. As for many Vietnamese, tofu is very nutritious and can be eaten as main dish with rice which is quite appealing.
Ingredients:
- 1 box of tofu
- 200g fresh shrimp
- 200g minced meat (can be pork or chicken depended on your taste)
- 100g crab/ breech mushroom or just mushrooms will do
- 1 egg
- 2 spoons of Tapioca Starch
- Salt, Pepper, Oyster sauce, pork broth mix, dried onion
- For the sauce: 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sweet & sour chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 spoon of sesame oil, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, pepper, green onions.
